When people around you, stop believing in you

What happens when the people you love remind you of your failures from the past? Then, even worse, stop believing in you to achieve your ambitious goals that have not happened yet?

Remind yourself…. your past does not define you.  When you wake up in the morning, say to yourself, “my past does not define me and I deserve love, happiness and success”.  Repeat this again and again, daily, to give this truth more power that helps you have confidence you are not your past and you deserve good things in your life. Have courage to keep moving forward and don’t be afraid to fail. Everyday forward, make progress over perfection. Don’t focus on being perfect.  Perfection can never be a realistic goal and “failure” to be perfect sets us up to feel defeated.

To learn more about me being faced with confrontations of limitations from complicated, complex health problems that also resulted in personal ordeals and how I navigated my life, order my book, “A Patient’s Point of View: Hidden Abundance of Health To Expand Your Capacity To Heal”.

Rise Up, Never Give Up, and have courage to reach your goals!

Very Truly Yours,

Matthew
